We absolutely do!

For clothing we offer and recommend Screen Printing (also known as Silk Screen) colored Vinyl and Printed Flex Vinyl.

Alternatively we also offer Embroidery that can create up to 12 color designs and ranges in uses from T-Shirts, Hats, Caps, Polos to Jackets, Hockey bags, Backpacks and more.

Our other types of printing revolve around promotional marketing which includes Business Cards, Postcards, Flyers, Banners, Decals, Stickers, Brochures, Signs and much more.

If we say we can do it, we can do it.  Just let us know your full order details and timeline as soon as possible and we will get you an answer as to whether or not we can fit it into our print schedule.

We can do all order sizes.

For paper printing you’ll find all of our minimums on the website (We can do smaller orders than advertised however typically it’s marginally different in price.  Our advertised minimum is also our recommended best price)

For clothing, our small orders (under 12 units) we can recommend Embroidery and Vinyl as they both require little setup.

For medium size orders (24-240) Screen Printing (Silk Screen) and Embroidery are best with special circumstances for Vinyl i.e very small design, no small details and many colors.

For large size orders Screen Printing (Silk Screen) and Embroidery are highly recommended.

The quality of the orders that go through our print shop are one of the most important things for our team.  Should you ever find the product you have received has not met your expectations please connect with our team immediately and work with us to remedy the solution to assure your experience is memorable.

Please review the typical remedies for the following situations

Damaged goods: Should you find your product is damages (either the product itself or the print) send us a picture and we will replace the item or offer credit for some situations i.e Screen Printing (Silk Screen) if 1-2 items are damaged, the cost of resetting the screens to print again would not be feasible so we would offer store credit or an immediate discount on additional swag.

Goods not meeting expectations:  If your order did not meet your expectation, but was printed as requested and is not damaged nor misprinted contact our team to find a solution.  Typically we would offer a discount on replacement goods.

Typo or wrong font: In occasion fonts are lost through passing around a design file or a typo is missed during the approval process.  If this is of fault to our team we will replace the units.  If it was lost on the client’s side and the client finds the goods not usable because of it, we would exchange the goods for replacement goods are a discounted cost.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a timeline that is not within our control.  Should you choose to go with our shipping carrier, we offer our wholesale rates to all of our customers as a courtesy however we do not take responsibility for the outcome.  We can only guarantee when we will ship it.

We always recommend that you place your order and request a shipping date for much earlier than your deadline.

All orders must be paid in full before they will be released to the customer.  On most orders we can offer 50% upfront payment and 50% before pickup/shipment however we highly recommend paying upfront as we will not ship a product before it has been paid in full so it can affect deadlines if the payment does not come in on time to be shipped on time for an event.
